New Brand Launch & Brand Evolution to Address New Segments

Music.AI is a trailblazing AI-powered music and audio platform offering more than 50 stackable AI audio solutions embraced by record labels, agencies, technology firms, and developers. With over 16,000 accounts and a user base surpassing 50 million, their tools process over three million minutes of audio each day.

 

Moises provides AI-enabled tools focused on the needs of musicians, producers, and audio engineers. The tools enhance every stage of music production, from unparalleled high-fidelity stem separation to voice timbre modeling to sophisticated mastering.

 

During the first phase of the engagement, we focused on developing the positioning, brand messaging, website, and collateral for the launch of Moises’s new B2B brand, Music.AI. While Moises had a well-established brand for its B2C product line, the launch of a distinctive B2B brand was a strategic move to capture the growing B2B opportunity. The Music.AI brand was established with the clear goal of positioning the company for significant growth in its B2B business, serving record labels, production music libraries, music technology providers, and consumer electronics manufacturers.

 

For the second phase, brand marketing for the company’s Moises.AI B2C product line was added to the scope of work. Moises primarily focused on serving musicians via iOS, Android, and web apps. The company sought to grow and retain its paid users at the highest subscription level. We prioritized guitarists, a sizeable addressable audience with solid product/market fit, and producers, a growing segment for the company’s newest products, who subscribed at the most lucrative subscription level and drove the highest LTV.

 

Our mission was to help grow the credibility of Moises’ products to justify a larger purchase price and convert and retain these more professional audiences. This required a comprehensive upgrade of the written and visual languages across all channels, including paid, earned, owned, influencer, and organic social media. We achieved this by leveraging expert content creation, more sophisticated photography and cinematography, and closer partnerships with influencers through our Artist Relations efforts.
